Returning Products

Nobody likes to have to return something, but we understand that sometimes you wish to do so.

Provided you have your original receipt/invoice and the item is unopened and in re-saleable condition, we'll be happy to take back any item that is no longer required.

If the item is standard store stock, then we will happily exchange or refund the product.

For non-stocked items ordered in, we require the product back within 1 week or a handling charge will be raised.

There are some products excluded from this policy such as furniture, special makings and print work.

Of course, if the item is faulty or damaged, then subject to proof of purchase, we'll be happy to resolve the situation by replacing the product.
